I had to put my Howie down two weeks ago, the first time I have ever been faced with that dilema. Gennie was so kind and reassuring of my decision. She made me feel like I was a great "Mom" to Howie even though I was having to make such a terrible decision. She loved on Howie and spoke to both of us the whole time, giving me and my family as much time as we needed to process everything and then to say "Goodbye." Up to this point she had done everything she could to keep Howie comfortable. She made us feel like we were the only family and pet that she cared for. I would heartily recommend her and continue to use her for my other pets.

Dr. Garner is a very compassionate and caring individual. He has a passion for animals and strives to see that the pets receive the best care possibly through keeping up with technology and a state of the art facility. He not only treats the pets as his own but he treats the owners as a friend. He is one of the most intelligent people I've ever met and is very knowledgeable. He answers all my questions and explains in a manner that is easy to understand.
